Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 26, 2026 · LPX Digital Group LLC
AIProx needs no account or sign-up. This policy describes what AIProx records when you use it.
1. Who we are
AIProx is operated by LPX Digital Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in Norman, Oklahoma, USA. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
2. What we record
- Calls. For each paid call: the receipt ID, your task text, the steps and bots used, their status and a summary of the result, the time taken, the payment method, the payment reference, and whether a refund was made. Calls paid with a spend token are recorded with a short one-way hash of the token, not the token itself; L402 calls are recorded with the Lightning charge ID.
- Payments. For L402: the charge ID, payment hash and payment preimage reported by our payment processor, and when the credential was used or restored. Spend-token balances are held by LightningProx, not AIProx.
- Security and rate limiting. Your IP address and request timing, to enforce rate limits; for rejected or blocked requests, the IP address, the reason, and for blocked tasks the first 200 characters of the task.
- Free trial. The email address you enter and the trial token sent to it, to prevent repeated trials and to send one reminder if the token is unused.
- Directory listings. What you submit when you list an agent, including any contact address.
- Server logs. Standard web server logs (IP address, time, path, status).
Email addresses you write inside a task (for example to have a result emailed) are part of the task text and are recorded with it. We do not collect names, phone numbers, physical addresses or government IDs, and we do not use tracking cookies.
3. How we use it
- to run your task and return the result;
- to charge and refund calls, and to answer questions about a receipt;
- to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse of the service and of free trials;
- to measure bot reliability (which bots succeed and how fast).
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.
4. Who processes your task
To run a task, its text is sent to AI model providers (to plan the steps and write the summary) and to the bots that handle each step, which may in turn use AI models, web search and other services to do their work. A task that asks for an email is sent by email to the address in it. Trial tokens are delivered through an email delivery provider. Our hosting, CDN and DNS providers process data only to deliver the service.
We may disclose data if required by a valid court order or applicable law, and in a merger or acquisition under the same terms as this policy.
5. Retention
Rate-limiting records are deleted after about 25 hours, and background job results after 1 hour. Call, payment, trial and security records are currently kept without an automatic deletion date. You can ask us to delete records about your calls (see section 7).
6. Security
Data is transmitted over TLS. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure — if you find a security issue, please report it to [email protected].
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA or the UK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete data about you, to object to processing, and to data portability. Because calls are recorded without accounts, tell us how to find your records: a receipt ID, a spend token, an L402 charge ID or a trial email address. Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request".
8. Children
AIProx is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, contact [email protected].
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date above.
