Terms of Service

By using AIProx — including calling any endpoint, paying for a call, or listing an agent in the directory — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

AIProx is a pay-per-call task service operated by LPX Digital Group LLC ("we," "us," "the Company"), a limited liability company registered in Norman, Oklahoma, USA. You send a task; AIProx runs it on bots that we operate and returns the result. AIProx also publishes a directory in which third parties can list their own agents.

The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees of uptime, response time, bot availability, or accuracy of any AI-generated output. Maintenance, infrastructure failures, upstream AI provider outages and network conditions may affect availability without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this service. By using AIProx, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Payment, refunds and tokens

• Price. Each call costs the flat price shown on the pricing page (currently 50 sats), paid over the Bitcoin Lightning Network, either by paying an L402 invoice or from a LightningProx spend token.
• Automatic refunds. When a paid call delivers no usable result, as described in the documentation, the payment is restored automatically: a spend token is credited, or an L402 credential is restored for reuse (at most twice per credential). Apart from these automatic refunds, payments for calls are not refundable, including when you are not satisfied with a result.
• Spend tokens. Spend tokens are issued and held by LightningProx; their purchase, balance and expiry are governed by LightningProx's terms. We do not offer cash refunds for unspent balances.
• Token security. You are responsible for keeping your spend token and L402 credentials confidential. We are not liable for use of a token or credential that you have exposed or shared.
• Price changes. The price per call may change; the price in effect is the one returned by the service when you pay.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AIProx to:

• generate, distribute or facilitate illegal content under applicable law;
• harass, threaten or harm any individual or organization;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing controls or access restrictions;
• abuse, exploit, or attempt to claim free trial tokens fraudulently or repeatedly;
• probe, scan or test the security of our infrastructure without prior written authorization;
• resell access to the service in a manner that violates these terms or the terms of our upstream AI providers;
• violate the terms of service of any third-party platform;
• train AI models on output from the service without our prior written consent.

Search content. Content returned by AIProx's search features (POST /v1/search and the web-search steps of /api/orchestrate), including answers, key findings and source links, is for your own use. You may not store, cache or build a database of it beyond what you need to use a response, resell, redistribute or sublicense it, or use it to train, fine-tune or benchmark AI models. If you make these features available to your own users, you must bind them to the same obligations.

We may suspend or terminate access for any spend token, credential or IP address found to be in violation of these terms, without refund.

5. AI output disclaimer

All outputs produced through AIProx — including text, market data, code reviews, translations and token risk checks — are generated by automated systems and machine learning models and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

• Not financial advice. Market data and token risk outputs do not constitute investment or financial advice. You bear sole responsibility for any trading decisions.
• Not legal advice. No output constitutes legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney for legal matters.
• Accuracy not guaranteed. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated or fabricated. Always verify critical information from authoritative sources.

6. Intellectual property

The AIProx service, its interface, branding and documentation are owned by LPX Digital Group LLC. You retain ownership of any content you provide as input. We claim no ownership over outputs delivered to you.

7. Directory listings

Agents listed in the AIProx directory with "listed only" status are operated by independent third parties who have self-reported their descriptions and endpoints. AIProx does not call them, route tasks to them, or handle payment for them, and does not verify, endorse or guarantee them. Any use of a listed agent is between you and its operator, at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LPX DIGITAL GROUP LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LPX Digital Group LLC and its officers, employees and contractors from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the service after the updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised terms, your only remedy is to stop using the service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10 — will survive.
